RUGBY LEAGUE SKILLS

Room 14 were very lucky to learn Rugby League skills with Awesome Andrew and Super Sam. Thanks guys, it was awesome!

Our new garden

Pohutukawa Syndicate and Te Pouahi have got a new garden. Peter helped some children from our classes plant some different plants into the ground. We have swan plants so we get more butterflies by our classrooms.

MUSEUM VISIT

Room 14 were very lucky to be invited to the Nelson Museum. Imogen taught us all about fossils. We got to hold, sort, learn about and even MAKE fossils.
A big thanks to Imogen and all of the adults that came along and helped out.

PURPLE CAKE DAY

Yesterday it was Purple Cake Day. All of Central School took part. We were raising money because too many earthquakes are coming.

Kath Bee sang a song called Purple Cake Day. I had a cupcake with a blue butterfly on it. Paige B had the same cupcake.

I loved the choir because I was in it.

PURPLE CAKE DAY

Yesterday it was Purple Cake Day. It was at Nelson Central School. We did it so we could raise money for the people in the earthquakes.

My mum and I decorated cupcakes. I got dressed in a purple dress. Kayla wore shorts and a long sleeved top. The choir did beautiful singing indeed.

Purple cake day was amazing.
